- ELEVEN YEARS AGO in the Chicago Loop, a young woman approached me and asked for a cigarette. I don't smoke. She replied, "Ahh, you look like the right type" and ran off. I like how resolved these figures look even with the lines that you have drawn so sparingly. There's a really clever use of implied space. I also love the facial expression of the one in the middle and his uneasy posture... very comical.
Keep up the phenomenal work. Its always such a pleasure viewing your overheard illustrations! If only I could take more classes with you... (sigh)...
